Heather's Gunsmith Cats Review

Gunsmith cats is another one of my very favorite series! I love it! The girls (no, not that way, I think they are funny and cute ...cute as in the anime sort of way), the guns, the grenades, the pervertedness of their stupid dude who follows them, the Russian assassin, yeah this anime has a lot of action in it!

The storyline goes as follows:
Rally Vincent and Minnie-May Hopkins live in Chicago (yes, this anime takes place in the United States! Cool huh?) and work as agents or whatever for the Chicago Police Department. One day while working at their gun store in town, a man comes in by the name of Bill Collins. He asks the girls for help on a case involving Jonathan Washington. He is supposedly the head of a gun-running operation (?whatever...I didn't really get the mission, but oh well.) and he wants Rally and Minnie-May to work with his department to find out what was going on.

In the second tape, an assassin shows up with a whole bunch of smuggled drugs (heroin) and drug money. She is from Russia. She is hired by someone to take out the cats. As soon as the girls figure out who is behind all of the weird goings-on the have been through lately, May gets kidnapped! Upon getting her back, the wonderfully entertaining policewomen (hehehe) take off after her to solve the solution to their problems: getting rid of the assassin!

In the last tape, Rally and May are invited to speak at a ceremony for their accomplishments as policewomen and to receive an award. They are not suspecting that someone may want to take them out, and not for a date (hehehe...I am a comedian, I tell you). After all, no one ever found the body of the Russian Assassin...where could she be?? The tape ends in a kinda sad way. I won't tell you what happens. HAHAHAHAHA! I am soooo evil.. -_-

Overall goodness

Totals: 45/50, It was good when I could follow the storyline! (maybe I am just too simple-minded. Who knows? I liked it anyway.)

Megan's Gunsmith Cats Review

Gunsmith Cats is a 'bounty hunter'. No, not toilee paper. Not paper towels, either. NOT THAT KIND OF BOUNTY!!! So, ANYHOO! Rally Vincent and Minnie-May Hopkins are two bounty hunters out for three things: Guns, bombs, and MONEY! Money.. the evil green paper. Rally starts off by arrresting this Jonathan Washington guy. He is the main guy in a gun-running operation. He sells illegal guns. So Rally and May are tending to the Gunsmith Cats store, and this annoying guy comes in and tells them all this legal crap so they will help him in an undercover operation. (not THAT!! You HENTAI!) That would be Bill Collins! The girls refuse. Eventually, they do agree, in their own terms. Rally saves the annoying guy's life. Why, I could NOT tell you. I woulda shot him dead. May and Rally think it's all over. But there are two more tapes to go, my friends!

Now, Jonathan Washington is in a police-guarded house. Rally and May go to speak with him, and he tells them he's gonna die. Yup, he says so. So he asks Rally and May to go and deliver this watch to his daughter.. HEY! This guy doesn't HAVE a daughter... -_- () So Rally and May are trying to figure out what he meant by this.. meanwhile, an assassin gets into the house by that Bill Collins card thingy. Jonathan Washington.. ugh. He's not having a good day!! Now, Natasha (assassin lady) kidnaps May, and Rally is NOT a happy kitty-cat. So she's off to save her partner!

Natasha is back and she's even MADDER!! She wants Rally DEAD. And unless Rally kills her first, that knifey thing she can shoot out like a bullet will be in Rally's heart! May and Rally have to use their brains (not May's strong point... okay, she did well) to save their lives! (oooh, the exitement I can create. I'll bet you're on the edge of your seat RIGHT NOW!! Or.. not.)
