Sailor Victory is basically a spoof on a lot of magical girl shows and giant robot series. It's about this group of girls who build robots to fight crime with. They call themselves Sailor Victory, hence the title of the anime. They goof off a lot, and rarely ever get into serious trouble in the battles. Usually they are caught off-guard by something, and get into a small pickle. Oh, well, those are easy to fix. Not much else to say. It's just a funny, spoofy series.
The things to watch out for? Excessive swearing, although not horribly bad words. They call each other female dogs a lot. And there is nudity, slightly detailed, during a really pointless "transformation" scene. There's obviously violence, since the girls beat up on other people with giant metal robots. ^__^ No blood though.

Six girls-Mami, Annie, Mika, Kiyumi, Shizuka, and Reiko! Reiko designed the mechs and thinks that they are "beautiful" Kiyumi is working undercovera s a coffee girl to find out about cases. Unfortunately for her, she's working for the Special Task Force... who are a buncha lazy slobs. So, in turn, she kicks their butts at defening the city!
After awhile, Annie comes on the scene, cause Mami is a horrible pilot. She is an excellent pilot. Yeah, so they are winning all thier battles. Suddenly, Marguerita appears on the scene. So who's gonna defend the city? SAILOR VICTORY! YEAH! BUT! The real question is this- Will Kiyomi be able to deliver hot coffee and tea to the Special Poice Force? -_- ()
