Preparation
Skin the sausages and brown them in a
pan, without any sauce. Mix with a
wooden spoon and cook on a low fire
until sauceforms. Add the brandy and
cook for other 5 minutes. In the
meanwhile, prepare the pasta al dente in
boiling salt water. Drain and flavour
with the sauce, sprinkle with the grated
parmesan and serve at once. Good
