Even though the US signed the Kyoto protocol, in which rich coutries committed themselves to reduce their production of CO2, Bush still declares he won't change his mind and starts attacking undevelopped countries, especially China. So they don't help, they don't forgive debt and they expect poor countries to reduce their CO2 production even though it is the only way to produce goods...Plus, with 5% of the world's population, the US produces 25% of CO2. In other words they contaminate 5 times as much as how they should...
