Corporate Media
Traditional media, CNN, BBC, NBC...have played an important role in the brainwashing of the people. Lying about historical facts (ex. unprecendented attack) when the US army bombed cities for no reason, like Guatemala's capital in order to overthrow elected left wing president Jacobo Arbenz killing more civilians than in NY and Washington or Serbia, and helping the state increasing nationalist, and racist, ideas.
Such feelings will make us stupid people accepting anything the governement says, so they can make their wars and get their money, but what will we get? Liberty? No we will get more terrorism, more inocents will be killed, the economic "slowdown" (another word for economic chaos) will benefit from the murder of people...
In this section we will discuss what those media and the leaders claim and counter argument such lies. Always remember THINK FOR YOURSELF. Peace.
Did the leaders and media lie to the people?
Right after the attack, everybody started blaming Bin Laden for the attack, The same thing happened when the US embassies in Africa, August 1998 in Tanzania and Kenya. Why are they jumping so quickly over conclusions? They say it is because it is his method.
But what method are we talking about? What is the patern encountered in the embassies, in the WTC and in the Pentagon attacks? The only thing is that it is against the US. That is the only pattern. Many more terrorists want to do such things against the US, not only him.
But what is really behind all the blaming against him? After all the US trained, financed and helped him during the war against the USSR. They named him "Freedom Figther". This has been done also with Ho Chi Minh and Sadem Hussein. First they train and help them then they fight them. Why is this?
There are two options to reply this interogation. One is wrong, the other is right. Which one, we don't know so far. Either Bin Landen betrayed the US or the other way around! So to find the right answer we must study the relationship that they have with each other.
The start
Their relations started when the USSR tried to conquer Afghanistan. The US prepared and payed the Talibans, including Osama Bin Laden, to push them away. It worked fine but then something happened because somehow they hate each other now...at least in theory.
Narconews:
"The Taliban, whose name means "holy student," was created by the the Pakistani Intelligence Agency (ISI), and developed during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. The Taliban army consists of Muslim fundamentalist mercenaries from Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia, armed and financed primarily by the United States and Saudi Arabia. Over the last six years the Taliban have gained control over 90% of the country. (Until recently the Taliban have been referred to as 'freedom fighters' in the western press.)"
"The Taliban, thus, began as a U.S.-backed paramilitary organization, using the same strategy as was used in Colombia with the formation of the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC). As in South America, the explosive mixture of paramilitary groups and the massive profits to be made in narco-trafficking under drug prohibition has grown into a force beyond control of its makers. Even as the U.S. government today opposes the Taliban in Afghanistan, it is creating another one in Colombia."
Some troubles
Contrary to what many people think, their hate didn't begin years ago, since the Taliban got $43 billion from the US on May 17th supposedly because they got rid of all the opium seeds. This country was producing 70% of international production of Opium a second heroin producer.
But I wonder how this money was since according to the Ananova's page "there is thought to be an estimated 3'000 tonnes of the drug - enough to produce 300 tonnes of pure heroin with a street value of £20 billion - in the country." So where did this money go to?
All these points are of course not studied by the traditional medias.
