     Symptom
     The customer has no SAProuter software for his operating system or he
     needs a newer version of SAProuter software

     Cause and prerequisites
     SAP recommends that every customer uses the SAProuter for reasons of
     safety. You need to use SAProuter software to create a remote connection
     (FLCS support, EarlyWatch, Remote Consulting, Going-Live check and so
     on).
     The precondition is a functioning TCP/IP link between the customer and
     SAP.
     Solution

     1.  Execute a ftp for the corresponding sapserv# to which you have a
         TCP/IP link.
        user:      ftp
        Password:  "Your OSS user ID" or "Your e-mail user" or "ftp"

     2.  Change to the directory "general/misc/saprouter/"

     3.  Change to the binary mode (command "bin" ENTER) and download the
         SAProuter file suitable for your operating system
        (command "get saprouter..." ENTER)

     4.  Close the connection with "bye".
