We need to track handling unit information in our warehouse for some build to stock material to speed up the shipping process. The problem is we currently build every thing to order and out MES system manages the serialization and box information which we load into the delivery, so we want to use our MES system to buidl to stock and then create a delivery to move the material to our HUM managed warehouse.

My preference would be to use transaction MB1B with movement 311 to generate the delivery and then we could pack the delivery.

The problem is we get errors like Data for creating a delivery is incomplete (Vendor).

OSS has been no help.

What configs are needed to automatically create the delivery?

In this case it' nevessary the vendor for the Plant,because the system create automatically an Inbound Delivery

Yes I found that, but where do you assign a Vendor number to a plant. Table t001w is where is should be, but I can't find the area in the img to assign it.

In the vendor master in the purchasing view, in menu 'Extras - Add. purchasing data'.

If this field is not visible, maintain the field selection on vendor level.

You want to use 311, so you have the material already in stock, but in a non HUM Str. Loc. and you want to transfer those materials in to a HUM Str. Loc. 304;f this is the case you can use the transaction VLMOVE with the destination plant and str. loc. Before you have to create the HU with the tr. code HU02 Str. loc: where the material is and the status: in stock.
