If your user has deleted a sales order, but how can I find this order number?

The change history will be stored in the CDHDR table.

Just put the transactions as 'VA02' and Change ID as 'E & D' and also put your user name if you name and see the details.

If you can't find the deleted document using his method it could mean that deletion are not stored in CDHDR but at the item table CDPOS.

Run Tcode SE16 and put in the following :-

Change doc object = VERKBELG (sales order)
Table name = VBAK
Change ID = D

Another way is to go to a sales order, in one one the pull down menu, select display changes.
This will bring you to a transaction that will display all the changes done to a sales order.
Enter your deleted sames order.
 

Shipping from shipping point 0001 and plant 0001 is not possible

Diagnosis
Shipping cannot be carried out at shipping point 0001 from plant 0001.

System Response
The system does not allow further processing of the document.

Procedure
Possible causes:

the shipping point is not permitted in plant 0001
the shipping point is not permitted in plant 0001 for this loading group and shipping condition.
Check the given plant.

Configure     OVX6 - Assign sales organization - distribution channel - plant
                   OVXC - Assign shipping point to plant
SM30 - V_TVSTZ - Assign Shipping Points
