"The Meaning of Life"
There's more to life than me.

The things I say,
The goals I have,
The mistakes I make--
They don't mean a thing.

As it comforts me,
It depresses me--
To know I mean nothing.

I should be whatever I want,
Do whatever I feel, and
Live the way I believe--
Because my great-grandchildren
      won't remember me.
But I will remember,
On my deathbed,
If my life meant something to me.
