Terms
of Use for My Doll Bases
All
doll bases displayed here are 100% original creations by me. Every
image is protected by my Copyright, and may only be used according
to my terms of use.
WHAT
YOU MAY DO WITH MY BASES
1.
You may edit my bases to make dolls for your personal use. If you
use my doll bases to create a doll, you must display my link on the
same page where your doll is displayed.
-'Edit'
means you may draw clothes, hair, add make-up, etc. Do not alter
poses.
-'Personal
use' means non-for-profit use. You may not sell dolls made
from my bases or use them on any commercial websites.
2.
You may enter a doll made with my bases in a doll contest, provided
that you give me credit as the base artist. You must also provide
a link to my website.

WHAT
YOU MAY NOT DO WITH MY BASES
1
. You may NOT use any of my doll bases for making signature tags without
my express, written consent.
2.
You may NOT use my doll bases to make Avatars.
3
. You may NOT post any of my doll bases on any Forum or Group or message
board or shared in any 'Snag' Groups or provide them for download
from your website. You may not make dollmakers with my bases. Instead,
you may share my link so people can come directly to my site to view
my work.
4
. You may NOT alter the poses of my bases or claim as your own. No
Frankendolling. You may not post a different head on my bases.
5 . NO DIRECT LINKING to my images, please! That is Bandwidth theft.
If you like something, and want to use it on your own website, then
you MUST first save it to your PC, then upload it to your own web-hosting
site. [Anyway....if you try to direct link from me...I often replace
the graphics with a 'Hotlinker Alert' image of my own in order to
protect my rights].
Educate
yourself about Copyright...
It is a myth that anything you see on the internet
is 'Public Domain'. It simply is not true
that you are 'free to take' what you see.
Artists
may grant you permission to 'use' their work,
according
to their terms of use, but that does not give anyone the right to
take or edit without permission. In fact, doing so is in direct violation
of Copyright Laws. The Original creator has Legal Copyright to
their work.
