Cut down the lights to a soft yet almost compelety dark tone. Find your best set of headphones, sit back, get stoked on something, and collaspe into the elctronic trip of Vegas. This 10 track roller coster is sure to make anyone get into a funky groove , or make them pop their clothing off. ;^) "Trip Like I Do" set you up with this cosmic introduction about the origin of the Crystal Method. The repetative backgorund beat builds you up , and up and then.......your are injected by this wall of sound. In traveling from your left to your right apeaker there is a constant melodic female voice cooing, "Can we trip like we used to? Just me and you.... Ohmigod , this is the best." Aaaaah... if you can't get hooked into the cd just by that song, then go back and listen to your Backstreet Boys c.d.

The next cut is " Busy Child" . This song also can be found on the Replacement Killers and Lost in Space sound track, and also on the AMP cd by MTV. On all of these cd's each version is mixed diffrent than the version on the Vegas cd. Again, your eardrums are thrown left, right, then left again by the alternating drum and electronic pulsing beat of the song. The repestve line of " I guess I didn't know.." adds on a top layer of rythm and beat. Towards the end this line become louder, faster, and more reptative. This builds up to an explosive ending climax of drums, bass, and echoing/pulsating electronic wall of sound.

Okie... I have a song on here that I muct skip every time...but I will do just a quick review of it to make you folks out there happy. Ok here goes...: "Cherry Twist"; very annoying, very bland, and I could get a better senory experience from drinking a 20 oz. of Surge. Nuff said. "High Roller" slowly comes on you like Mr. Rogers in a Crayon

factory. It is a short little melodic trip into space and sound. Recent;y this little diddy was used for the new Acura commercial. You will swear that Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldren are sitting beside of you and looking out side to see the view of the moon. In facxt there are a few excerpts from a moon landing in there, and the timing is perfect.

Okie now.. take a tweek off of whatever you're spending too much money on and listen to "Comin' Back". The echoes in the back ground will play with your mind and ears for about 5 mins. Once again you hear the same melodic voice whispering truths into your mind " You keep coming back for more.... you'll keep coming back again." This song is more off a club song than just a album cut. If you got your arse up and played with your mixer < only in the extreme privacy of house/room> *g* you could add a good bit of other sound that would compliment this track.

" Keep Hope Alive"... yet another track that can be found on the "Replacement Killers'. This is just a kick arse song. No doubt about it. It set you up to the osilating electronic action sequence of a hit. Then it drops you right in the middle of a shoot out of between drums and digital beats. This continuees on a for a while and then a voice comes from out of nowhere and exclaims " And I say to you tonight... keep hope alive.." And in the end the electronic sreaming wins out.

"Vapor Trail" sounds like a bit of back ground music from Ton Loc's "Bust a Move". It's a great song, the effect from left to right are very astonishing. It's a good track to type a term paper to, especially if it is late in the evening/moring. Now that tyou think about it... I can't listen to the song anymore without singing "Bust a Move" *g* Dammit......

Okie then kids, if that paper is completely too long then click on "She's My Pusher". It is a fast, eletronic song that probibly sound good if there was something else mixed in with it. I pretty much skip this song b/c the next track is just absolutely fookin' great!

Hey .......! Whattya know?! It that's smooth chick from "Trip Like I Do"! This is by far my favorite track off of the Vegas cd. In " Jaded" she escorts you to a fast , jumping beat gets you going faster and then...... drops you into reality. The bass is gone and this fastastic beats flows into your eardrums. Ohhhhh so slowly she chants :'Think about the good things that I did to you, and think about the good things that I DIDN'T do.." Then,.. BAM! You're slapped back into her cosmic dance. This is repeated several times in the course of the song. She ends it with a sultery chant of " Turn your head, it'll feel good. Turn your head if you don't wanna take it." This roller coster of a song become very addictive after a while .*g*

Track #10 releases you from the audio trip that you have just experenced. It gives you a slow injection the counter act the the past 70 mins that you have exprienced. " Bad Stone " sounds exactly like ithe title says .. it gives you a quick rush and then trickles you away to the realtity that is you, your chair, and a pair of headsets.

<*<* Doesn't that just suck? *>*>
