These gauging equipments are designed and developed for inline operation and are useful when used in interconnected production line.

These Gauging equipments are suitable for Automatically checking the Inner Diameter (Bore) and Outer Diameter of round objects within a specified tolerance range. The segregation of rings into Rework and scrap categories is done automatically and only good rings are allowed to pass further for next operation.

These are two separate units for Bore Checking and Outer Diameter Checking. These are available in two different versions One with PLC Control and other with PC Based Control. The total cycle of operation is automatic right from feeding of rings in the gauging station till segregation.

There are separate counters given to keep a track of number of Good, Rework, Scrap rings.
