At the Park

"It's our second day here in New York City. This morning, while Mom was force feeding Paul in our suit at the Hilton, Dad decides that we should all take a walk at Central Park, maybe ride a horse even.So after calling room service to pack us a basket lunch, we got ready and headed for the infamous park.
We didn't stay long after some guy started reciting a poem to Mom and Paul began crying at the smell of him. Dad almost freaked out and was about to beat the poor drunk into a bloody pulp when a police officer came and broke it up even before it started.
It was a bit disappointing. Dad gets really red and hilarious when he loses his temper. There's even this vein on his forehead that pops out and begins throbbing when he gets really angry. When I was 5 years old and opened up all his precious vintage records and began tossing them around like frisbees, I wanted to poke the the vein to see if it would burst. Of course I didn't since he looked so angry I thought he'd faint.
Anyhow, we went back to the hotel, had an indoor picnic, and headed for Time Square. Then Mom and Dad dropped me and Paul over at Aunt Willow's apartment and they returned to the hotel for what Dad called their 'down time.' Whatever that means."
