Barbecue CAJUN SMOKED BRISKET

Recipe Ingredients

1- 5 to 6 lb. Brisket Flat, Untrimed.
1/2Cup Dark Brown Sugar
2T Cajun Seasoning.
2T Salt.
1T Lemon-Pepper.
1T Worcestershire Sauce.





Recipe Directions

Combine last 5 ingredients.Add the Brisket, turning and coating real good.
Cover: Chill 8 hours.
Have smoker ready at 225 to 250 degs.
NOTE; The Cajun smoker temp. is pre-set,just follow
their instructions.
Place Brisket on smoker and pour remaining marinade on. it.
Smoke 5 to 6 hours, until the int. temp. reaches 170*.
Slice across the grain and serve it hot or cold.
