2Cups Sugar 1Cup Buttermilk.
1/4 Cup Butter.
2T Corn syurp.
1Cup Chopped pecans.
You will need a candy
thermometer

Heat sugar, milk, butter
and corn syrup to 238 degs.
Remove from heat let cool to
lukewarm.
Add pecans and vanilla.
Beat to consistency of fudge.
Pour into buttered baking pan.
Let cool and slice.
