PATRICIA ANN MEYER THE GREELEY TRIBUNE, GREELEY, COLORADO Patricia Ann Meyer, 63, of Greeley died Sunday in the North Colorado Medical Center Hospice Unit in Greeley.
She was born July 21, 1935, to Edward G. and Mabel (Bath) Miller in Greeley.
Mrs. Meyer attended school in Greeley and graduated from Greeley High School in 1953. On May 6, 1966, she married Jacob H. Meyer at the First Presbyterian Church in Greeley. Mr. Meyer died Dec. 27, 1991. After her marriage, she lived in the Ault area where her husband farmed. They moved back to Greeley in 1978.
Mrs. Meyer worked for Flood & Peterson Inc., for more than 20 years, and most recently at the Masters Financial Group as office manager. She enjoyed being a homemaker, gardening, crafts, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors are four sons, Jacob L. Meyer of Estes Park, Mark E. Meyer of Minden, Neb., David W. Meyer of Greeley and Randall D. Meyer of Denver; one daughter, Jean Thorne of Thornton; one sister, Sandra L. Moore of Greeley; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and two nephews. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that contributions be made to Hospice of Northern Colorado, the First United Presbyterian Church or the Salvation Army in care of Stoddard Funeral Home.

Katherine Pauline Bath, 82, of Windsor died Sunday, March 21, at Windsor Health Care Center.
She was born July 25, 1916, in Berthoud to George and Maglena (Davis) Sterkel.
In August 1939, she married Conrad Bath in Boulder. He died Jan. 8, 1993. Mrs. Bath attended Big Thompson Elementary School. She lived most of her life in Loveland and Johnstown and also lived for a brief time in Longmont.
A homemaker, Mrs. Bath loved family, flowers, the mountains of Pitkin County and dancing the polka.
Survivors are a daughter, Kathy Elkins of Johnstown; two sons, Bill Bath of Littleton and Jack Bath of Loveland; a sister, Violet Walters of Westminster; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Her parents, five sisters and four brothers are deceased.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Johnstown Cemetery. Family will greet friends after services for refreshments at the Columbine Senior Complex, 202 N. Greeley Ave., Johnstown. Allnutt Funeral Service Hunter Chapel in Loveland is in charge of arrangements.

Wilma M. Bath, 87, of Loveland died Thursday, Feb. 25, at Good Samaritan Health Care in Loveland.
She was born March 16, 1911, in Barnes, Kan., to Richard Teetors and Alice Paulina (Brandt) Scholfield.
Mrs. Bath grew up in Kansas and lived for 20 years in WaKeeney, Kan., where she graduated from WaKeeney High School in 1929. She then moved to Greeley and lived here for four years before moving to Loveland in 1952.
She first married Robert L. Hite Sr. in Phillipsburg, Kan. He is deceased. She then married John Bath in Greeley. He died in July 1998.
Mrs. Bath was a sales clerk for JCPenney for 16 years and in several other dress shops in Loveland, before retiring in 1973 to become a homemaker. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Loveland, the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She loved to crochet, sew and garden.
Survivors are two daughters, Ruth Case and Mary Pena, both of Loveland; two sons, Robert L. Hite Jr. of McCook, Neb., and Richard F. Hite of Bradenton, Fla.; two sisters, Ivaloo Smock and Helen Vincent, both of Greeley; four brothers, Dale Scholfield of Katy, Texas; Dick Scholfield of Gardnerville, Nev., Delmar Scholfield of Kersey and Donald Scholfield of Greeley; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Her parents and a brother, Orren Scholfield, are deceased. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Loveland. Cremation.

Adam Berkheim, 86, life-long resident of Morgan County, died Friday at the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center.
Berkheim was born Nov. 19, 1911, in Freedenburg, Russia, to Gabriel and Marie Berkheim. On Jan. 20, 1935, he married Lydia Bath in Brush. He was a farmer in Morgan County until his retirement in 1976. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hillrose and the AARP.
Survivors include a son, Harvey of Denver, a brother William of Brush, four sisters; Marie Carlson of Loveland, Helen Sauders of Longmont, Pauline Ross and Martha Lightfoot, both of Denver; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lydia; a brother; two sisters and his parents. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church 502 Charles St. in Hillrose. Interment will be in the Brush Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. -6 p.m. in the Heer mortuary and Crematory, 222 Cameron St. in Brush.NOTE: He came to the United States at the age of 15 months, and lived in Brush, Colorado the rest of his life.

November 5, 1995 Mary Lou Graff, died early Sunday morning at the home of her daughter, Susie Bostron, near Wiggins. She was born April 15, 1934 in Greeeley to Jacob and Lousie Stratmann Lapp.
She attended schools in Greeley, Loveland and Wiggins, graduating from Wiggins High School with the class of 1952.
On September 1, 1953 she was married to Paul Dean Graff in Limon. They made their home on a farm near Wiggins for many years. She was also employed as a bus driver for Wiggins School District or 23 years, retiring in May of 1989. Her husband Paul also retired and they spent the winters in Apache Junction, Arizona and the summers in Estes Park, working for the Barleen Family Dinner Theatre.
Mary Lou loved working with crafts as well as being with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Wiggins Community Church.
Survivors are her husband, Paul of Wiggins; two sons, Ronald of Wiggins and Larry of Strasburg; three daughters, Cindy Allee, Esther Lingo and Susie Bostron of Wiggins; her parents, Jacob Jr. and Louise Lapp, Wiggins; two sisters Norma Ewertz of Wiggins and Elaine McDowell of Amarillo, Texas. There are 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. from the Wiggins Community Church with Rev. Ralph Datema and Rev. Dean Shepard officiating.
Burial will follow in Memory Garden Cemetery, Fort Morgan. Memorials may be made to Mary Lou Graff Memorial Fund, in care of the family or Jolliffe Mortuary, P.O. Box 602 Fort Morgan, Colorado 80701.

Mrs. Katherine Lapp, 86 Fort Lupton, died Monday October 13, at her home.
She was born Jan. 3, 1894, at Frank, Russia. Mrs. Lapp came to the United States at the age of 13. She and her husband farmed in the Johnstown-Milliken-LaSalle areas.
She was employed as a cook in a restaurant at LaSalle for several years. Her husband died June 28, 1979. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs John (Elvina) Brethauer of Fort Lupton; as sister Mrs. Mary Mohrlang of Brush, and six grandchildren. Services wll be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Macy Allnutt Drawing Room. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

HENRY LAPP
GREELEY TRIBUNEGREELEY, COLORADO June 30, 1979 Henry Lapp, 85, LaSalle, died Thursday, June 28, in Brighton Community Hospital after a long illness.
He was born October 21, 1893 at Frank, Russia.
On February 5, 1914 he married Katherine Bath at Loveland.
Lapp came to the United States on May 18 1913, from Russia and first lived in the Loveland area. He later farmed at LaSalle, Johnstown, Milliken and Platteville and was also employed by the Union Pacific Railroad at LaSalle for many years.
He was a former member of St. John's United Church of Christ.
Survivors are his wife, Katherine, a daughter, Mrs John (Elvina) Brehtauer of Fort Lupton; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Macy Allnut Drawing Room. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Jacob Lapp, 92 of Greeley, formerly of Kersey, died in Fairacres Manor, Sunday June 17. He was born July 18, 1886 at Frank, Russia to Mr. and Mrs Jacob Lapp.
On January 19, 1909 he married Anna Marie Bath in Greeley.
Lapp came to the United States from Russia in 1903. He first lived in Loveland and later moved to Weld County where he farmed until 1946 when he retired. His wife died August 11, 1974.
He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ.
Survivors are six daughters; Mrs Ruth Holland of Gruver, Texas; Mrs Marie (Karel) Birdsall of Kirkland, Wash.; Mrs. Frieda (Marion) Peterson of Munich, Germany; Mrs Emma Lindberg of Santa Fe, New Mexico; Mrs Mollie Parsons of Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs Helen Lockee of Seattle, Wash.; and four sons, Henry of Gill; Jacob of Wiggins; John of Holyoke; and George of Kersey; two sisters, Marian and Katherine both of Denver; 30 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
A son Conrad, died in 1940, and a sister Margaret Bauer and a brother Henry are deceased.
Services will be a 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Macy Allnutt Drawing Room. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

At 4:00 AM MDT , 19 Apr. 1998, Maurine Pearl (Bateman) Batt died in Sheridan, Wy. from complications resulting from a massive stroke suffered on 8 Apr. 1998.
She was born Aug. 18, 1913 in Sheridan, to Arthur Willard and Ethel (Beckelshymer) Bateman. She lived in the mining camps of Acme and Dietz and attended Sheridan schools.
She married John Batt on July 16, 1942 at St. Peters Church in Sheridan. They lived in Laurel,Mt., Hill City, S.D., and Centralia and Aurora, Il. She moved back to Sheridan in 1978 after the death of her husband.
She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, music, going to the mountains, and her two cats. She was a Past Chapter and Region President of the Burlington Veterans and Ladies Auxiliary Chapter #1 Aurora, Il. and the Chicago Region.
She was also a member and past Adjutant of the Navy Mothers of America Club #72 in Sheridan, and an active member of the Veterans Administration Voluntary Service and was the recipient of the VAVS 500 Hour pin.
Survivors include; a son, John A. Batt and Duaghter-in-law Patricia Batt of Sheridan; a sister, Arta Ethel Salisbury of Sioux Falls, S.D.; a brother, Jim Malen, of Omaha, Ne.. 1 granddaughter, three nieces and four nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Batt; her father and mother, Arthur and Ethel Bateman; and her brother, Ellsworth Bateman.
