Orange Mandarin Salad
1/2 head lettuce
1 table spoon parsley
3 stalks green onions (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 can orange mandarin slices (drained)
1/4 cup almonds (toasted 4 min 350 %)
Dressing
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 table tarragon vinegar
2 table sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 table Tabasco
Mix & shake before serving (Shake the dressing - not yourself)
Salute the Confederate flag, stir well and serve with hot buttered rolls and Gumbo or Jambalaya.
