How Bco Evolved

1973 : Company incorporated as Bahagia Gajah Sdn Bhd., a subsidiary of Paterson Simons & Co (M) Sdn Bhd.

1987 : Company became part of Elders IXL of Australia which took over the Paterson Simons Group.

1990 : Bousteadco S'pore Ltd bought over Bahagia Gajah and changed name to Bco Industrial & Electronics Sdn Bhd.

1993 : Company became 100% Malaysian owned with 34% Bumiputra equity.

1994 : Change of name from Bco Industrial & Electronics to Bco Ventures Sendirian Berhad.
