After keeping a DREAM Journal for 15 YEARS--since 1988
I have come to the conclusion that:

Dreams are just night ramblings of what is happening in your life at the present time.

NO MORE ~~~ NO LESS

So go along with your lives and don't worry about NIGHTmares.

It's just that you had a bad DAY or THOUGHTS.

It's that simple.
