Well, in early 2011 it was obvious that the price of fuel was going up and the volume of cars as well....so I set out to replace the Honda Van with a car that would save me money. I found a leftover of a BASE 2010 Kia RIO.
It is a very simple car, with a price to boot. It cost about $10,200, and after I traded the van, it was just shy of $8000! (Yippie for that is a good price)
I love it so far, and the 1.6 liter 16 valve engine is smooth, torque filled and good on gas almost hitting 40MPG if I try really hard.
So far, so good!
