TEPPIA Investigation No. 3 - October 31st, 2008 - Egypt Cemetery, Egypt, PA

I was unable to attend this investigation because of work but Andrea and her son Austin went on a Halloween investigation of Egypt Cemetery located in Egypt, PA, which is outside of Whitehall. Also in attendance was her friend Jose and Christopher Bly of the Lehigh Valley Paranormal Society and a friend of his named Michael.

Andrea took a variety of pictures which failed to produce any discernable results. Christopher from the LVPS was showing Austin and Jose how to use the microphone to capture potential EVP recordings. Unfortunetely, no discernable EVP recordings were captured that evening. Although Andrea did get two orbs in this cemetery, without additional evidence to back the photos up, it is impossible to ascertain the degree of paranormal activity at this location at this time. Although one of TEPPIA's protocals is NOT to trust our emotions, it should be noted for the record that upon entering a section at the top of the cemetery, everyone in attendance felt dizzy, nauseated, and lightheaded. It was a clear and starry night, with the usual cold weather that accompanies this time of the year.

Former TEPPIA Co-Founder Stephen Slapinsky was the first to alert me to the existence of this cemetery and he described having obtained decent results from it. As of this writing I have yet to visit this cemetery personally but it can be certain that sometime in the future it would be wise to seek out what paranormal energies might dwell within this cemetery. Despite the lack of results, Halloween is always the perfect time of the year to pursue the field of the paranormal, whether it be formally or informally.
