UKMC 4: Welcome to Blazin' Squad - how are you Strider?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: I'm alright, we've just been in the studio doing more songs for the album, it's quite hard work so far, and it's getting more hectic but we've been doing loads of songs so it's working out well.

UKMC 4: A question from a young member to start us off... What was it like going straight in at number 1?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: It was wicked. At first we were just in our house when we heard we were midweek No.1, and when we heard we were No.1 for real we were at the studio and just started going mad!

UKMC 4: Another young AOL member would like to know... Do you ever get in each other's way when you're on stage?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: No, we're choreographed so by now we're really used to doing the routines. At the start we used to fall over each other's feet, but we're alright now.

UKMC 4: Next question is... Was it hard working on your single and doing your GCSEs?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: We had a schedule, like they said today we'd be doing the choreography and rehearsal's but then they said we had to take days to revise, so it was all quite organised.

UKMC 4: Did the studying help keep your feet on the ground?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: Yeah it did, we found out when it was getting nearer to getting our results, we all realised how important they really were but we all did okay so that was alright.

UKMC 4: LESLEYB2 wants to know... Where's Kenzie? How did all you guys meet?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: Kenzie's right next to me. Some of us knew each other from primary school and football teams and then we were all best mates at secondary school and it all just happened from there.

UKMC 4: Moondust2k wants some insider info... whats your next single gonna be like?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: It's one for the girls the next single it's a proper girl tune, it's called 'Love on the Line'.

UKMC 4: Emmaboyle wants to know... what would you say has been the best experience you have had yet ?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: Probably finding out we were No.1 and playing in front of loads of people. We've done lots of roadshows, and yesterday we played in front of 60,000 people which was are biggest yet.

UKMC 4: ChrisWard9 wants to ask Kenzie something... Is Kenzie single?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: All of us are.

UKMC 4: LM numberone9558 asks...Why are you ALL single?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: I don't know really, we haven't really been home lately all we've been doing is touring so we haven't really had time...

UKMC 4: MIchelleuk737227b asks... Do you ring the girls who numbers you get??
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: It depends, sometimes some people do, some don't. If we're in the area and we've been before we can give them a call, but without being bigheaded, sometimes we just get too many numbers to call.

UKMC 4: CHair8 asks... Who influences you?
BlazinSquadLive: Strider: I like loads of different artists, I like Usher, Eminem, we're quite good mates with Oxide and Neutrino and So Solid and they're our idols as well cause they give us advice.

UKMC 4: We are now chatting to Kenzie! Hey Kenzie...Lady Charz follows that theme... How do you feel being compared to So Solid?
BlazinSquadLive: Kenzie: I feel like it's a privilege as they're so talented but we talk about a lot of different things, they talk a lot about violence and we're from a different background.

UKMC 4: Happy85devil wants to know...Hi Blazin Squad, my question is who's idea was it to cover the song Crossroads?
BlazinSquadLive: Kenzie: What happened is our dj heard it on MTV and it did really well in America, it was one of the biggest selling singles of all time there but it only got to No.8 here so we thought we'd give it a bit of a UK vibe and it came out quite well...

BlazinSquadLive: Kenzie: Thank you very much. We've been dealing with it very well, none of us has been becoming bigheaded and I think we're coping really well with it as a whole.

UKMC 4: Do any girls come up to you and ask for your autograph saying you look like Gareth? (That question was from loads of you!)
BlazinSquadLive: Kenzie: Yeah I do actually, I see him going out to all these roadshows with all these girls screaming at him so I'm thinking it's not a bad thing.

BlazinSquadLive: Kenzie: Yeah, I suppose so! I just like a girl with a nice personality, and girls who are quite forward...

UKMC 4: Kitkat1989 asks... How did you become a band and get discovered, do you like being in a band?
BlazinSquadLive: Kenzie: Ages ago I did work experience at T&T Experience studios and they asked if we wanted to come down and do some demos so we chipped in £20 each and they thought we had some talent, so they got down Elephant Man to give it an underground vibe and we released a few tracks on our own label and they started getting really big radio play and so it all started from there...

UKMC 4: We are now talking to Freek! Bootylicious5075 asks... what football teams do you support?
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: Strider supports Juventus; me, Reepa and Melo-D support Tottenham; Kenzie supports Manchester United; Flava Krazy Rocky B and Spike-E support Arsenal; and Tommy B supports West Ham.

UKMC 4: MazzySprinkles wants to know... Do you get recognised in the street a lot?
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: We have started to now and we get people pointing it's a bit more obvious because we're a big gang it's quite weird sometimes but it doesn't really bother me.

UKMC 4: TuttiFruity87 asks... What was it like performing on TOTP?
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: It was just amazing, it was something we'd always dreamed of, especially it being a No.1, it's really hard to explain, it's just amazing.

UKMC 4: ChJesCham wants to know... Was singing what you wanted to do for a career?
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: Nah, I wanted to be a footballer but once I started getting into it there was nothing else I'd rather do - this is better than football I think.

UKMC 4: TheKat2222 wants to know... Have you met any famous celebrity yet?
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: We've met everyone, apart from American acts. Abs, Blue, Westlife, Liberty X, So Solid, we get on really well with the Sugababes.

UKMC 4: Annpack asks... Who out of all of you pulls all the girls?
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: we all get our fair share, Kenzie and Strider get quite a lot but they're quite balanced about it, it doesn't go to their heads.

UKMC 4: Happydevil85 wants to know... Strider will you guys write your own songs now or do another cover?
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: We've got a couple of covers on the album but the next single 'Love on The Line' is our own tune.

UKMC 4: MissyStyla wants to know... Do you disagree on many things?
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: We have little disagreements, but nothing that doesn't get resolved quite quickly.

UKMC 4: AngelfromEssex follows that... Do you ever argue about who's going to sing what?
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: Not really, it's just who sounds best or what sounds best for the tune.

UKMC 4: Ruthyrue wants to know... Have you got any plans to release an album yet? 
BlazinSquadLive: Freek: The album's called 'In The Beginning' and it should be released just before Christmas.

UKMC 4: OK everyone thanks to Freek, next up is Melo-D. Cjkool asks... Can you give me any advice for how to become an MC?
BlazinSquadLive: Melo-D: Just keep writing lyrics, don't give up and try and come up with your own style, don't imitate anyone else.

UKMC 4: Crazylilsez wants to know... whats it like being in all the magazines?
BlazinSquadLive: Melo-D: The first time we saw ourselves in a magazine we were all in a shop just reading it over and over and the biggest one we've done is CD:UK, we did the cover. It's weird seeing them in the newsagents but we're getting used to it.

UKMC 4: Silverstar4115 asks... what sort of material you doing on the album then?
BlazinSquadLive: Melo-D: All different stuff, R'n'B, Hip Hop, slower stuff, garage, pop, all different styles.

UKMC 4: Leanne1312296688 is wondering... How did you do in your GCSE's?
BlazinSquadLive: Melo-D: We all did well enough to get into college, we got 66 passes between us. But we're going to concentrate on this for now but if it all goes wrong we've got enough grades to get into college. We knew it was important as when we were recording we didn't know what was going to happen, so we had to try and concentrate on both.
UKMC 4: Did it all feel a bit hectic when the single kicked off and you had exams?
BlazinSquadLive: Melo-D: Yeah, it was like trying to study for the exams and concentrate on the single but it all worked out okay because the single went to No.1.

UKMC 4: XxxLornaX38614 wants some dirt... DO U EVER GET ON EACHOTHERS NERVES?
BlazinSquadLive: Melo-D: Sometimes, but it's only ever 5 minute arguments over petty little things, we've never had a big fight or a big argument between us.

UKMC 4: SherJohnst asks... Do you get time to yourself, seen as they're is ten of you?
BlazinSquadLive: Melo-D: Not really, because our schedule is so manic so when we do get time off we just spend time on our own or with our mates or just whatever we want to do.

UKMC 4: Gembabes has this one... Melo-D, who do you get your inspiration from babe?
BlazinSquadLive: Melo-D: I've been listening to people like the So Solid Crew, Eminem and all the other big American rappers.

BlazinSquadLive: Reepa: Yeah it's wicked, it's busy and we all get tired and stuff but when we got the No.1 is was worth it, it all paid off.

BlazinSquadLive: Reepa: I don't think there has been one, they've all been alright and they all just chat to us and stuff.

BlazinSquadLive: We get on well with the Sugababes and Romeo.

BlazinSquadLive: Reepa: Quite good looks, nice personality, just like if we went out she'd be herself.
UKMC 4: Who's your ideal woman?
BlazinSquadLive: Reepa: My ideal woman? Britney.

UKMC 4: Attomic emmy asks Whats the most thing you are all looking forward to?
BlazinSquadLive: Reepa: Probably when we travel, and go over to Europe to promote our album. I'm not sure when that's going to happen but I'm looking forward to that.

BlazinSquadLive: Reepa: Yeah it's wicked, like I'm with my mates for everything we do and it's just a laugh.
UKMC 4: Do you think its easier because you're with your mates rather than a solo artist?
BlazinSquadLive: Reepa: Yeah definitely, because you get along with everyone and you know how everyone else is, so you know who to have a laugh with.

UKMC 4: Reepa, Lozii wants you to tell us... Where did the name Blazin Squad come from?
BlazinSquadLive: Reepa: There's 10 of us, we're like a squad and we're blazin' hot. There were two crews, and one was already called Blazin' Squad which Flava came up with.

BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: No, it's not being released, it's just on the single.

BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: They're all fine, we're all just recording some tracks we're not tired at all, just ready for another week.

UKMC 4: AaronAddict01 wants to know... TO SPIKE-E ARE YOU SINGLE, TAKEN or LOOKING?
BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: I'm single, but I'm looking for someone as well. I'm looking for a good personality, I don't know who really, there's no-one I've got my eye on.

UKMC 4: LilChocieDee asks... Who'd the youngest and oldest out of you all?
BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: The oldest is Strider and the youngest is Krazy.

UKMC 4: Lisa4Krazy4Eva wants to know... WHO IS THE LOUDEST?
BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: I think me really, I'm quite loud.

UKMC 4: LaDyLiGhtTin asks... HOW DID YOU GET NOTICED?
BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: there were two crews at school and we came together, and we decided to make a demo and we put it out on an underground label through the studio T&T Experience and East West picked it up from there.

UKMC 4: SonamD wants to know.... where are you talking to us from right now?
BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: My studio, I'm in a room with a couple of desks, Reepa, Strider and Tommy B.

BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: I'm not sure, we've not set a date yet.

UKMC 4: Tashy297 wants to see you online Spike E... Do you ever use the internet?
BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: I use it all the time, for checking up on our website, I go on the message boards sometimes as well.

UKMC 4: Minimausz wants to know.... Who has annoying habits?
BlazinSquadLive: Spike-E: me probably, I laugh too much and that can be annoying, we're not annoying though.

UKMC 4: We are now chatting to Tommy B. Lozii wants to know... Do you have a fashion co-ordinator?
BlazinSquadLive: Tommy B: Yeah, the stylist brings stuff so us and if we like it we wear it but if not we just refuse to wear it.

UKMC 4: Spunkylibra87 wants to know... Did you all go together to get your results?
BlazinSquadLive: Tommy B: we were in the studio but we had them biked over so we could all open them together. We got the results on the Thursday and got the No.1 on Sunday.

BlazinSquadLive: Tommy B: Not just yet, we're trying to get the Blazin' Squad name out there but in the future maybe.

UKMC 4: Milners4 wants to know... Do you still get to see your families often?
BlazinSquadLive: Tommy B: Not as often as we'd like, we don't really get to see them that much anymore.

UKMC 4: SmileyHev wants to know... On the vid for Crossroads one of you holds up a cross for like 2 seconds and I was just wondering if y'all are Christian? If you
are that's cool.
BlazinSquadLive: Tommy B: Nah, none of us are, Krazy held up Rocky's cross.

UKMC 4: XxLinzi4GazxX asks... Have people ever noticed you in the street yet?
BlazinSquadLive: Tommy B: Yeah, it's quite weird to walk down the street and people know who you are.

UKMC 4: SauntR asks... I want to know who is the fastest Blazin Squad runner.
BlazinSquadLive: Tommy B: We've got a few runners, I'd say Krazy was faster at long distance but Rocky and Strider are fast at shorter distances. Reepa is fast as well, he ran in the mini marathon.

UKMC 4: Next up we have Flava and RockyB and Krazy... keep those questions coming in. Annpack asks... What has been the most embarrassing thing which has happened since you have been the music industry?

BlazinSquadLive: Tommy B: Don't know really, I can't think of anything. Once I was performing and we were doing the choreography and I walked backwards into a speaker and just sat down on it - Krazy saw and he was laughing at me.

UKMC 4: Everyone say hi to Flava! Laurajc91186 asks... In your song Uproar, it says 'my name is Sniper' which one of you is Sniper?
BlazinSquadLive: Flava: That as Strider, but that was ages ago when we were mucking about making demos, but now we don't want to have anything to do with guns or violence as that's not our image so his name became Strider.

BlazinSquadLive: Flava: Any cartoon character, that's quite a hard one. Probably Bart Simpson, cause he's a bit like me really.

UKMC 4: Kenzie4me4eva asks... who takes the longest in the bathroom? Love larne and laura
BlazinSquadLive: Flava: Hi, I reckon Reepa takes quite long gelling his hair, it always looks the same even when he hasn't gelled it. Krazy and Strider have the tidiest room, the messiest and noisiest is Kenzie's and Freek's room, but they're getting better. I was in there a few nights ago and it was alright. The only time we spend in hotels is when we're abroad working with other producers or doing promotion.

UKMC 4: Lgray10 asks... Where do you hope to be in 10 years time?
BlazinSquadLive: Flava: In 10 years time, I personally would hope to be still in the Blazin' Squad, doing my own little thing as well, and getting to travel in lots of different countries.

BlazinSquadLive: Rocky B: Yeah, as for dating fans, only if I got to know them properly, not straight away.

UKMC 4: Missattiytude asks... So where do you all come from? Do all your families support you?
BlazinSquadLive: Rocky B: We all come from East London, Walthamstow, Chingford, I came from Tottenham and moved to Chingford and our families are all okay with it.

BlazinSquadLive: Rocky B: Westlife ain't really my type of music but they've done well for themselves, got lots of number ones.

BlazinSquadLive: Rocky B: In 10 years time I'll probably be married, have a nice house, a nice car, loads of kids.

UKMC 4: Amybell2002uk wants to know... Who are your idols and inspiration leaders? Who do you look up to?
BlazinSquadLive: Rocky B: My inspiration in MCing were So Solid, Heartless Crew, Pay As You Go and my idols were Busta Rhymes, Nas, DMX.

BlazinSquadLive: Rocky B: Well personally, I like his music but he isn't one of the people i really look up to so maybe not.

BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: The most famous? We've met Abs, So Solid Crew, Daniel Bedingfield, quite a lot of people, maybe Liberty X or someone. It's weird 'cause you don't know what to say to people but they're all good fun and they have a laugh and everything.

UKMC 4: What is your advice for fans meeting you guys then?
BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: Just be themselves, be nice, ask questions.

PLEASE ASK THEM WHATS THE FUNNIEST/ MOST OUTRAGEOUS THING A FAN HAS DONE TO GET YOUR ATTENTION?'BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: I'm not really sure, I've been given a teddy and we were up in Scotland and there were girls throwing their knickers on stage with their numbers on saying 'Call Me'!

UKMC 4: Ellea106 wants to know... What's it like being famous?
BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: It's good fun, you have a laugh all the time apart from when it's serious and you've got to go onstage - you get to meet lots of people and do lots of things.

UKMC 4: NicciLuvsKenzie wants to know... How long it take to film your video?
BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: We flew over to South Africa, and then it took about three days and then we flew back, so about four or five days.

UKMC 4: MC GoldFinga2k2 asks... Did you get into trouble as kids ?
BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: Not serious trouble, just silly things.

UKMC 4: AShanti 75 wants to know...Blazin Squad what sort of backgrounds were you born in?
BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: We're just normal kids really, born in the same kind of background as all our fans.

UKMC 4: BoRn2fLiRt69 asks.... What do you look for in a girlfriend?
BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: A nice personality, nice and friendly, obviously nice looking, my ideal woman is Britney Spears.

UKMC 4: VixstarBomb asks... DID YOU EVER THINK YOU WERE GOING TO HAVE SUCH A BIG HIT?
BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: Not really at first, but as we gradually went on more and more people were liking it and we thought it was going to go Top 5 and when it went No.1 we were really happy.

UKMC 4: Chair8 wants to know... Who would you like to work with in the future?
BlazinSquadLive: Krazy: We haven't really got any on at the moment but I'd like to work with people like Eminem, Dr Dre, some girl singers...
