COMMENTS:
Extremely graceful to watch, and Arowanas do come in a variety of colors. With a background of plants for them to swim in and around they really are more of a showcase fish rather than a community fish. Can grow very large and do best in tanks of at least 100 gallons. They are found usually small in the fish stores, from 3"-6" in length. Don't be fooled, it will only take a year or so and your small fish has now outgrown its tank.

Loves minnows, neons, and other live bearer fry for dinner, If you are set on keeping this fish I recommend that you also have your self a few live breeders to supply your Arowanas food.

These guys are definitely NOT for the beginner!
