FEEDING:
   Mainly Live Fish, but may be trained to take Brine Shrimp & Frozen Blood Worms.

LIGHTING:
   More nocturnal, prefers dusk and dawn, light lighting, a good trick is to have a red filtered lamp that you can turn on during late night feedings, this way you will be able to watch more of the Whale's movements and feedings.

TEMPERAMENT:
   Peaceful, very good community fish. Best in tanks 35+ gals. Will eat smaller inhabitants.


COMMENTS:
   Very cool fish to look at, not seen in every aquarium. They are primarily nocturnal and will come out for late night feedings. They prefer to have plenty of plants or rockeries to hide in during the day.

Extremely peaceful, But definitely not a fish for beginners as they are extremely sensitive to their surroundings.
