They should NOT be kept with any other knife fish, they will fight, especially in smaller tanks. It is best to keep this as a solo species with other medium to large fish in your tank. |

Peaceful, very good community fish, even with smaller fish. Try not to keep with long finned species such as fancy guppies or the male may view this fish as a threat to his territory and attack it. |
