•   Egg-layers

FEEDING:
•   Mainly Live  Brine Shrimp & Blood Worms or small Cichlid Pellets.

NOTE:
•   They are known to devour smaller fishes.

LIGHTING:
•   Bright, but not direct sunlight.

TEMPERAMENT:
•   Peaceful with larger fish. Can be territorial.

COMMENTS:
•   A very unique small Cichlid, vibrant colors and can be kept in tanks as small as 10 gallons. Not for the standard small community tank due to their "eating" habits.
