Chapter 43: Larger Than Life
The Countdown had begun...2 days left and counting.
"Brian, sweetie it's time to get up! It's 10:00 and you need to be in time square by 11:00" I said to him.
"Yeah okay..." Brian said going back to sleep.
"Brian!!!! Brian..Brian" I said trying to wake him up but the cute little guy just wouldn't wake up. But then I knew what to do.
"Tyke, come here sweetie! Give Mommy a little bark.. come on you can do it bark for me sweetie" I said to him. I picked Tyke up and put him right next to ( or close to) Brian's ear.
"Bark Tyke" I commanded him. Tyke barked.
"Oh man!" Brian said jumping up.
"Thanks Tyke" I said laughing at how distraught Brian looked.
"Oh wow, you turned my own dog against me!" Brian said.
"Morning," Brian said.
"Morning!" I said giving him a kiss.
"You gotta take your shower, I would accompany you but I already took mine." I said pouting.
"Oh I would have loved for you to join me!" Brian said walking into the bathroom and turning around to face me.
"Just take that shower Brian!" I said.

"Justin... come quick man, I was searching some websites...and they think you're going out with Britney!" Chris said.
"Who thinks?" Justin said getting up from the television in the tour bus.
"The fans and apparently they got a quote from Ms. Spears herself." Chris said laughing.
"What?!?" Justin yelled.
"It says: Ms. Britney
Spears and Justin Timberlake have officially announced to being
in love. Spears comments: Justin is a
great guy and I really hope the fans support my relationship with
him. No comment was realized from Justin himself." Chris
finished.
"Britney is really crossing the line here." Justin said. Justin got his cell phone and dialed her number.
"Britney, what the hell do you think you are doing? Putting trash like that in the paper?" Justin yelled.
"Justin, Geez don't be upset..." Britney said calmly into the phone.
"Don't be upset? I don't like lying to my fans, if you haven't noticed not many of them were thrilled that I know you! They don't like you Britney and I'm beginning to wonder why! You better make another statement the truth..Do you understand?" Justin yelled into the phone.
"I'm not going to make anything" Britney said and hung up.
"Chris what paper is that?" Justin asked.
"It's the OrlandoSentential, I asked one of the band members to get a copy." he said.
"Justin what are youplanning to do?" Chris asked. But Justin didn't answer.
"Hello Orlando Sentential, I wantyou to take down this statement," Justin started.

It was about 12:00 now and the guys came up in a limousine. They were greeted by Carson their host and began a segment called TRL (otherwise known as Total Request Live).
Me and the girls didn't attend that show because well, we didn't want to upset the fans. But we did watch it in the MTV control room. When the MTV producers asked us who we were, we replied "Just friends of the guys" and they let us in after the OK from the guys themselves.
"Hello I'm Carson Daly and today on our show we got the Backstreet Boys..." Carson began, total pandemonium, screaming for like 5 minutes!! Wow!
"I think I just lost my hearing, and we will be counting down the top 10 videos as requested by you. Here at number 10 is TLC with 'No Scrubs'" Carson said and the video began. Then the guys took their cue as to walk out. More screaming. The guys could see us in the control room.
We waved at the, and they smiled back at us. I mouthed to Brian: "I love you baby" and he said "I love you too!" back. The fans were looking around to see whom he was looking at but I hid myself so I couldn't be seen.
"Brian, I wouldn't do that!" Howie warned.
"OK D!" he said.
"And we are back, And I am glad to present none other than the Backstreet Boys!" Carson said. More Screaming.
"Hey guys, how are you?" Carson asked after shaking their hands.
"Great", "Good." Were the replies.
"How does it feel to have
the release of Millennium out in just a couple of days? Are you
scared it won't live up to your other
album?" Carson asked.
"Well, this is a more personal album, so we are just hoping that the fans will like it. That's all that matters really," Howie said winking and the girls swooned and screamed.
"I love it when he does that!" Claudia says. The MTV producers laugh.
"We have to take a commercial break but first a little audio sample for the number nine video," Carson said (plays audio sample).
"Oh wow, that's hard," Brian said.
"Play it one more time," Nick said. (plays audio sample once more).
"Well, if you know what it is call 1 888 311 4343 and more with the Backstreet Boys, also news about Nsync. All on TRL," Carson said.
"We're clear," the camera man says. The guys talk to their fans and Carson.
"Okay and we're back. We have Shelly on the phone from Florida. Shelly?" Carson said.
"Hi Carson!!!!!!" she screamed into the phone.
"We get this a lot," Carson said. And the guys start laughing.
"Hi Backstreet Boys!! I just want to say that Nick you are the hottest guy alive and I am your number one fan, you are so cute!!!! My friend Becky says Hi" she said super fast.
"What?" Carson said. Nick just smiled.
"Thanks!" he said but I could tell he had no idea what she just said.
"Shelly? Do you have the number 9 video?" Carson said.
"Yeah, is it Jennifer Lopez's 'If you had my love'?" she asked.
"That is correct. You get a T-shirt!" Carson said.
"OK bye!" Shelly said.
"Bye, Do you guys want to introduce the video?" Carson asked the guys.
"Sure!" AJ said. "This is the fine, sexy Jennifer Lopez... with 'If you had my love on TRL.." he said and all the girls screamed. The video went off and it was time for the usual Q and A from the fans.
"Hi, I'm Jenny from New Jersey and my question is to Brian..are you engaged?" she asked him. Brian smiled.
"No I'm not" he said. "I don't know where that crazy rumor circulated but I am not engaged." he said.
"While on the topic of relationships.... who here has a girlfriend?" Carson said. "I'm sorry, they pay me to ask questions like this." Carson said and they laughed.
"You want the truth? Or what Carson Daly would like to hear?" Kevin asked.
"It's not me, the fans...and the truth!" Carson said.
