Chapter 45: Vision Of Love
"You did great sweetie!" I told Brian on the way to the
limo.
"Yeah you think so?" Brian said.
"Of course.." I said giving him a small kiss on the cheek..since we were still in view of so many fans.
"Nick, Julie come on you can ride with us!" Brian offered.
"Sure," Julie said smiling.
"So what do you want to do now?" Brian asked us.
"Let's play some
basketball.. but I need to got to the hotel and change because
after all I can't play in heels and a skirt." I
said smiling. I could tell Julie was a agreeing with me.
"Why you look sexier that way," Brian said giving me a quick kiss.
"You would say that," I said to him smiling playfully.
"All I can say is that we are going to kick their butts! Right Julie!?" I said to her.
"You know it!!!!" she said slapping my hand I held up for her to hit.
"We can take them, right Nick," Brian asked.
"You know it Brok..it'll be a piece of cake." Nick said smiling at me. Me and Julie ran up to the hotel to change.
"So, Nick how's everything with Julie?" Brian asked.
"It's great! She's really sweet and cute," Nick said. "And everything with Ashley?"
"Everything and more.. she's my life man.. she may be the one I was waiting for.." Brian said thoughtfully.
"Good luck Brok," Nick said giving him a nice pat on the back.
"Same to you bro.," Brian said. We emerged in Nick and Brian's jerseys and some jeans. We all got out of the limo and into our cars and the game begun...
Well needless to say me and Julie lost! Probably because my Brian and her Nick were really good players, we tried to win but they were just no match for us. Oh well! As we were about to end our game, 4 girls started screaming our way. Me and Julie didn't know what to do. We just stared at one another hoping no one would ask any questions.
"Hi, Nick and Brian.. I love you guys so much. Could please sign my T-shirt.." she said excitedly.
"Sure, what's your name?" Brian asked reaching for her pen to sign on the back of her T-shirt.
"Lisa," she replied.
"How old are you Lisa?" Nick asked still waiting for Bri to finish his message.
"14," she said happily. Then Nick went to sign.
"Well Lisa, tell all of your friends me and Nick said hi," Brian said smiling and wrapping his hand around my waist.
"Would it be OK if I took a picture with you guys?" she asked.
"Jamie, get over here!" she yelled to a nearby girl.
"Take this picture!" she said.
"Okay! Um, are you two girls going to be in this picture?" she asked us.
"No," we replied and stepped out of the way.
"Okay you guys say 'Cheese'" she said and she flashed the picture.
"Thanks so much" she gushed toward her other 3 friends. Who also wanted autographs and pictures.
"We better go," Brian said to the girls after having a 5 minute chat with them.
"Okay bye!" they replied in unison. Nick couldn't help laughing.
"I'll tell my brother you said hi, okay Lindsay?" Nick asked.
"Thanks!" she
replied.
We went back to the hotel and got settled in for the night. It
was about 6:00 or so. I took off my shoes and got comfy. I just
decided to relax and lay on the bed staring at ceiling while
Brian was on the phone with one of the guys.
"OK bye," Brian said and hung up the phone.
"Hey baby," Brian said lying down beside me.
"Would you mind it if I brought some of the guys over here? Oh and Julie, Amanda, Claudia, and Kat want to go shopping and they asked if you want to go with them.." he said.
"Sure, you know I love shopping! Be good and I'll be back.." I gave him a quick kiss and went to meet the girls down in the lobby.
"Hey guys!" I exclaimed.
"Ashley you're here we had thought you had decided not to go." Julie exclaimed.
"OK whose car should we take?" she asked us.
"Take me and Kev's.. it's perfect..lots of room which means lots of room for shopping bags!" she said raising her eyebrows suggestively.
"What are we waiting
for?" Julie asked.
"Is the coast clear?" Brian asked Kevin who had been
watching us exit the lobby.
"Yeah it is!" Kev said.
"OK, the coast is clear." Kev said.
"OK here's what we're
going to do..." Brian said.
"OK you guys.. which stores first? Contemporary Casual,
Casual, Formal, Semi-formal?" asked Claudia.
"Contemporary Casual and Formal.." Julie said and we agreed.
"You know I heard AJ talking to Brian last night and they wouldn't tell me what they were talking about.." Amanda concluded making a sad silly face.
"I don't know either and that's what was happening with Brian and Nick.." Julie said.
"Same with Howie and Brian" Claudia said.
"And the same with Kevin and Brian." Kat said.
"Something's up." I said.
"And thenAJ tells me to go shopping which is something he loves to do with me.." Amanda said.
"Hmm, well all we know if that we're here to shop and there's our first store.. break out with Gold cards girls.." Julie said.
We arrived in the store and it was totally posh if you know what I mean. Formal dresses everywhere. I had picked out the dress I had wanted.
"Claudia, Kat come here!" I whispered to them. Amanda and Julie were already trying on dresses.
"What do you think of this one?" I asked them.
It was a blue dress but it had 3 different kinds of fabric. The top was a beautiful Crushed blue velvet, the middle of the dress had a regular blue velvet and at the end of the dress which was at least a foot song was satin. It was breath-taking. I usually pick things out in green since it is my favorite color, but this was an exception.
"Ashley... this dress is beautiful. You have got to get it!" Kat exclaimed.
"I agree with Kat on this one, you can't pass up this dress!" Claudia exclaimed.
"And when you're done paying for it, you can help me find a dress! After all you and Amanda seem to be the clothes-horses of the group. No offense Kat," Claudia exclmaied when she saw her friend turn red.
"It's okay.. you're right," she said laughing.

"So, Justin.. I take it 'Win Ashley Back' crusade is over..." JC said eyeing Melissa at the buffet table.
"Yeah well she apologized," he said sighing.
"Justin, after a whole day of breaking up with you..she apologizes..you haven't known her for very long..what makes you think she's an innocent as she appears to be?" he asked him.
"JC, Mel would not do that. She's sweet as pie. So don't worry about it, I'm a big boy and can handle it myself." Justin said walking away.

Well it was about 9:00 or so, and the girls and I headed to the hotel with our shopping bags clearly visible in our hands. I saw Nick in the lobby and called him.
"Nicky, could you please help me with my shopping bags?" I asked him sweetly.
"Sure, Ashley!" Nick said eyeing the 3 bags in my hand. And he took them up my room. I saw Brian and rushed over to him.
"Brian..I already have tow bags in my hand..could you go get the shoes out of the car?? Pretty please?" I asked him.
"Sure, you know I can never resist a smile like that!" he said smiling and rubbing my back.
"Thanks a million," I said to him. I met Nick when I went to the hotel room.
"Thanks so much for your help." I said to him sitting down.
"Nick, what have you guys been doing?" I asked him.
"Well... " Nick hesistated.
"Oh good Brok you're here, your girlfriend wants to know what we did, I figure you would explain it to her," Nick said and quickly exited.
"Well Brian?" I asked him sweetly.
"I'll give you a kiss if you tell me.." I bargained.
"hmm, that's tempting..really it is but I want it to be a surprise." he said.
"Now what is with all the bags?" he said eyeing my 5 shopping bags and 2 pairs of shoes.
" I told you I love to shop!" I said.
"Okay!! Come on we better get some sleep. We both have along day ahead of us.." Brian said looking at the clock which read 10:45.
"Okay!" I said.
"I love you Ashley," Brian said.
"I love you too," I said and we went to sleep.
