Chapter 6: trouble.... Mandy
Well Erica and I had to go
to school that day.. so I couldn't see Nick at all. She was also
upset because of course she couldn't see Brian.
"Hey you guys I heard that you both know Brian and Nick from the Backstreet boys?!?!? Is that True??" one girl asked us.
We looked at each other in unison said "No," and walked off.
"So, how did they hear?" I asked Erica.
"Hmm probably from one of the biggest gossips in school: Mandy who has been crushin' on Nick for the longest time." she said.
"Oh her, I mean I know her and Nick went on a date but it didn't last so why doesn't she get over it?" I said annoyed.
"Hey guys," Mandy said. "Look I know you were with MY man Nick last night but I want you to know we hooked back up.. so don't you even get close to him or you'll be mine! Do you understand what I'm saying to you?" she asked.
She didn't wait for answer and I didn't give her one. "Well I hope you did, because if you even come near my Nick I will make sure that you will never EVER see him again!" she said giving one last fierce glare and walking off..
"Did you know about Mandy and Nick?" I asked Erica.
"Well.... uh..... kinda... Brian said he had gotten back with her but did Nick say anything to you?" she asked.
"No, he didn't! But hey I'll do what Mandy wants she can have him... there are other fish in the sea!" I said.
"Ashley, are you sure you're okay?" Erica asked.
"Yeah I'm fine... But I'm
never speaking to Nick again or that silly little girl,
Mandy!" I said slamming my locker
door and walking off to class and for the first time leaving
Erica to stand along by herself.
