Chapter 8: Quit Playin' Games With My Heart
Justin picked me up exactly
at 8:00... and I had to admit he was so fine!! Of course I looked
nice myself.. I was wearing some black leather pants and a bright
green shirt.
He was such a Southern gentleman... I loved it! He opened the car door for me and everything..not to mention roses 2 dozen!!!
"So Justin, where are we going tonight?" I asked him looking into those baby blue eyes.
"Well, lets see I thought we would go dancing, dinner, and then to the beach...." he said smiling that gorgeous smile of his.
"Is that what you want to do or is it something you want to do to please me?" I asked him.
"Well, maybe to please you.. but I really like you and I don't want this date to end up a disaster," he admitted truthfully, which I thought was very mature of him.
"Well Justin, you know what.. I want to do what's fun.. we can go bungee jumping or something wild like that.. the beach I have got no problem with....but why can't we go and eat fast food?" I asked him smiling.
"Wow, man you are everything I ever wanted in a girl!!" he said excitedly.
"Well, you've only known me for about 25 minutes, let's talk a little more before we go and tie the knot!" I said laughing.
"Hey, as long as I get to see you again I'll be happy!" He said parking his car near the closet McDonalds.
He parked his car and being the sweet guy he is... opened the car door for me!! We walked into the door and got in line... But I spotted a certain red-haired guy turned platinum blond ordering at the nearest register. I called over to him.
"Hey AJ," I said. He looked over at me and suddenly smiled.
"Hey Ashley," he said walking over to me and Justin.
"AJ, this is---" I started but Justin cut me off.
"I'm Justin, her boyfriend," he said extending his arm protectively around my waist.
"Oh Hey Justin! How's Ashley been treating ya?" he asked.
"Great, in fact we just came here to eat," Justin said happily.
"Nick, and Bri come here! This is the girl I was talking about!" AJ said.
They came over and I nearly died.... oh great.. I get to see Nick's face.. how will I ever get through this??
