1. The judges will position the victim on the ground in the rear vicinity of the ambulance.

2. The judges will give the officer-in-charge of the ambulance, a sealed envelope describing the victim's injuries.

3. The injuries may be one of the following:
     a. Broken leg.
     b. Broken arm.
     c. Broken leg and arm
     d. Both legs broken
     e. Both arms broken

4. The ambulance crew will be given 2 to 3 minutes to discuss the vic-tim, and on the signal "Go" from the Chief Judge, will get out of the ambulance; give the necessary first aid; place the victim on the cot and in the ambulance. The contest will end when the rear door of the ambu-lance is closed and all members of the crew are back in the ambulance. Judging will be based on time, proper first aid, leadership and overall performance. Permanent possession will be awarded to the company winning the contest three times.
