Just in case you aren't used to applying backgrounds, I'll help you out. There are two ways. Way 1 is quicker but if the background gets changed you will have to come back to my site to put it back and I can't always garantee it'll be here. Way 2 takes about 5 seconds longer and you will always have it unless you delete it from your system.
1) Right click on the picture and click "Set as Wallpaper"
2) Right click on the picture and click "Save Background As..." save the picture in the folder of your choice. then go to the control panel and and double click on display. click background. click browse (on the right) find the folder you saved it in and select the pic. click apply and ur set to go!
