Soon to come will be pictures of my largest civil engineering task
To a military purpose
The bridge at Arnhem for this years' display at "Old Glory World Championships at Derby University.
Not to scale and remodelled to suit a wargame it has grown to
Nine feet!
it will dominate the town.
And has caused me to redesign the building layout.
Otherwise we wouldn't be able to move a single figure in the Town centre.
The figures in these shots are mostly Blacktree designs,Foundry ww2
range and some westwind mixed in here and there.
The Armour is mainly 1/48th, Academy ,Frog and Fuman.
Yesteryear Model cars and some corgi and plastic conversions
From lorries from "the search for atlantis" childrens toys range.
Lastly, i cannot fail to thank peter at 'Hobbyrail' in Sutton
Coldfield for supplying me with so much paint, plastic card and rod
and super-superglue.
Railway modelling shops are a must for wargamers' scenery
and what you can't buy you have to make.
Soon to come
