Leon and Little Jessie

As Leon came calling one Sunday morn
Little Jessie walked up beside him and grabbed him by the Arm

As she tugged Leon bent his head and looked down in her eyes
"I know you like my sister, to me that's no surprise"
"But there is something you need to know and under stand"
"My sister takes me to Sunday School ,on Sunday if she can"

"I see no rhyme or reason why this Sunday I can not go"
"I could sat right between you don't you know?  "
Leon agreed , then gave Lois a kiss on the cheek
Little Jessie shook her head and again she began to speak
"Ain't no man going to kiss me like that" she said
Leon grabbed her and placed a kiss on her head
Jessie gave a squeal and she begin to cry
She cried so loud, you would think she was about to die

That was a Sunday ten years in the pass
When Edward came a calling and for Jessie ,did ask
Leon met him shook his hand and gave him a wink

"Ed there is something I think you really need to know"
"If you take Jessie to church, Lois and I will have to go"
"And if you kiss her I know she will cry "
"If I were you I wouldn't even try "
