Will of Charles Finer ( 1831-1914)
This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Finer of St Osyth in the County of Essex made this day of October 9th in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven I hereby revoke all Wills by me and any time hereto fore made I appoint Philip Smith and Mrs. Claude Page both of St. Osyth to be my Executors and direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my two nieces Mrs. Barton daughter of the late Richard and Maria Witting of Gt. Clacton and Anna Maria Page daughter of the late John and Susannah Page of the Oaks Farm Gt. Bentley and the residue unto my said two nieces in equal shares absolutely
