Will of Frederick William Finer ( 1836-1908 )
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Frederick William Finer of Ponsonby Road in the city of Auckland in the Provincial District of Auckland in the colony of New Zealand Gentleman. I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and I declare this to be my Last will and Testament. I Give Devise and Bequeath all my property both real and personal Wheresoever situate and of whatsover nature or kind teh same may be and whether in possession reversion remainder or in expectancy (including therein all moneys payable under any insurance effected on my life) unto my dear wife Emily Maria Mowatt Finer for her own absolute use and benefit. And I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will. In Witness thereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this Twenty Seventh day of September One Thousand Nine Hundred and Six.

There was no affidavit from his wife as executrix, only a statement from the Solicitor, WM Neumegen on 22 Feb 1909 stating FW Finer died on or about 12 Nov 1908 and that his wife and executrix undertook to complete all the duties expected of her.
