Will of Henry Finer ( 1836-1918)

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me HENRY FINER of Rosedale West Avenue Clacton on Sea Essex in the county of Essex made this eighteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen I hereby revoke al wills made by me at any time heretofore I appoint my daughter Edith Mary Finer 36 Gratton Road West Kensington W to be my EXECUTRIX and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath any property of which I am possessed unto my four children in equal shares Viz. Edith Mary Finer Wilfred Ernest Finer Ethel Lilian Kay (wife of Rev G H Kay of India ) and Horace James Finer ­

DEATH ON OR AFTER 1st JANUARY 1898

BE IT KNOWN that Henry Finer of Minchinhampton in the County of Gloucester formerly of Roredale West Avenue Clacton on Sea in the County of Essex died on the 14th day of November 1918 at Minchinhampton aforesaid

AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that adninistration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Edith Mary Finer of 34 Lorraine Road in the County of Middlesex Spinster daughter of deceased the sole executrix named in the said Will
