Will of William Finer ( 1798 ­1842 )

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Finer of No. 102 Curtain Road in the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex Surgeon and Apothocary desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses may be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniant after my demise I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Hannah ffiner for her own absolute use and benefit all my household furniture stock in trade plate glass linen china books and all other my goods and chattels of what nature or kind soever ( except my silver watch and the ring commonly worn by me which I give to my dear son William ffiner ) and also give to my said wife Hannah ffiner all sum and sums of money (book) and other debts or may be due to me for her absolute use and benefit and I hereby appoint my said wife Hannah ffiner sole executor of this my will and lastly hereby revoking all former wills by me made I declare this to be my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd day of April one thousand eight hundred and thirty one William Finer (SS) signed sealed puplished and declared by the testator William ffiner as his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Isaac Bull 61 Coleman Street ­ Thomas N Ball

 

Proved at London 4th January 1843 before the worshipfull John Sanbury (Loctor) of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Hannah ffiner widow the relict the sole executor to whom administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
