| I LEAGUE COMPOSITION: | 12 Teams - 3 Divisions |
| II TEAM COMPOSITION: | 16 players per team. (9 starters / 7 bench) Starting lineup MUST consist of the following: 1QB - 1RB - 1TE - 2WR - 1K - 1DEF + 2 FLOATERS (RB, TE, WR). Bench players may be any combination of positions. |
| III DRAFT: | The draft will be held as close to the beginning of the NFL regular season as possible. You must be represented at the draft in order to play in the Busch League. A stand-in cannot be another Busch League owner/coach. |
| IV FREE AGENT POOL: | An un-restricted FREE AGENT POOL will exist until the beginning of week #11. (Sunday noon) This pool will consist of any NFL player not currently on another Busch League team. At the start of week #11, the FREE AGENT POOL becomes restricted. All NFL players dropped by a Busch League team after week #10 become frozen in the POOL. These players cannot be picked up by any Busch League team. Free agents may be started immediately. |
| V TEAM TRADES: | Team trades are limited to no more than two trades between any two Busch League teams, and for no more than a total of 3 players from either of those teams. No team trades may be made after the close of week #10. All players involved in a team trade must remain off their new teams starting lineup for one Busch League game after the trade is reported to the League Commissioner. |
| VI SCHEDULES: | The Busch League regular season consists of the first 14 weeks of the NFL regular season. Each Busch League team plays the other 3 teams in their division twice and the rest of the league teams once. |
| VII REGULAR SEASON TIES: | In the event of a tie between Busch League opponents, the team with the most bench points is declared the winner. If there is still a tie, the game will be recorded as a tie. |
| VIII PLAYOFFS: | The Busch League playoffs are held during the NFL weeks 15 and 16 with the Busch League Super Bowl being held during week 17. Playoff teams will be the three division winners and the three teams with the next best records regardless of the division they are in. The latter will be referred to as Wild Card Teams. The two best division winners are seeded #1 and #2 and receive a bye in the the first week of the playoffs. The remaining division winner is seeded #3. The Wild Card Teams are seeded #4 thru #6 as per their regular season record. (Week #15) - #3 vs #6 / #4 vs #5 (Week #16) - Four remaining teams re-seeded #1 thru #4 as per their regular season record. #1 vs #4 / #2 vs #3. (Week #17) - Consolation Game and BUSCH LEAGUE SUPER BOWL. |
| IX PLAYOFF ELIGIBILITY TIE BREAKER: | Division winner tie breaker and Wild Card tie breaker are the same. (First tie- breaker) - regular season head to head competition. In the event of more than two teams tied, a sweep of all games between all tied teams is necessary to win in this situation. (Second tie-breaker) - greatest total regular season points [starter+bench]. (Third tie-breaker) - greatest total regular season bench points. (Fourth tie-breaker) - Coin toss. |
| X PLAYER BYE WEEK: | An NFL player's average may be used during their NFL team's bye week. This player MUST have been on your Busch League starting line-up the week before. If not, no points will be awarded for that player on that week. |
| XI SPIRIT OF THE GAME RULE: | Any action by any Busch League owner, deemed unfair by any other Busch League owner, may be brought up for an emergency vote. The outcome of this vote will be enforced by the League Commissioner. |
