Costcutter Financial ServicesFormed in November 1989 midst the worst recession seen in living memory to help our clients get best Mortgage and Business loan possible from High Street lenders. Originally operated from 1 Wenny Road, Chatteris, quickly outgrew the office premises and in November 1992 moved to our present premises : 36a High St, Chatteris. In 1989 we formed an alliance with Commercial Union to sell and market exclusively their products, however in 1991 we changed our alliance to Equity & Law as they seemed to at the time offer better range of products. However it was decided that to offer "best advice" to our clients we had to be Independent Advisers where life, savings and pension products were concerned, hence we became Independent advisers in November 1992 at the time of our move to new premises. Our milestones
We arrange mortgages for Status, Non-Status, Self-employed with/out accounts, business loans up to 85% LTV. 2nd and top up loans can also be arranged. We do pride in our service and to back it up we don't charge any upfront fees* We can also arrange Leasing, Venture Capital. However our best deals are for small shops with living accommodation where we can obtain upto 95% LTV.
