Winamp Skins

Well I found a fun thing do, make winamp skins. I really enjoy it because it takes long periods of time and gives me something to do while waiting for very large things to download on my very slow connection.
Hey 'heads up' you have to do Save As to download the skins.
Oh yeah to use a winamp skin you have to have winamp, to get that head to http://www.winamp.com

This is my first winamp skin I named it shiny blue because It's blue and shiny is a word I use to say that I like something. It took me several days to make this skin, but got easier when I realized what I was doing, It was a fun time reverse engineering some of the winamp skins I downloaded to figure out how all those distorted images make something coherent it was fun.

This is my second winamp skin I named it circuit because I made it to look like a circuit board, with little resistors, capacitors, buttons, sliders, lights, and such. It is kind of hard to find the buttons but I don't care. I especially like how the little lights turn on when each different part is selected.

Well I made another one. This one is the second edition in the Shiny series. I call this one Shiny Red, isn't that so original. I don't know if I'll make anymore shiny winamp skins, but I'll probably make some more normal ones. But I'm getting better, this one only took me two days to finish instead of three like the previous two took.

I just keep making shiny color skins, but I think my next one will be different, and I think the shiny series is finally done I've made blue, red, and green and I think that's enough unless I can't come up with something original and decide to make shiny yellow or orange.

Look kids it's grey, kind of, well anyhow I made a gray skin, and um I wanted to make something different than my shiny colors so I made one with no colors. so um it's gray, but cool, which brings me to my next point kids, don't smoke crack!

I had a day off from school so I decided to make a skin. This one is an Alien themed one it has little alien heads flying saucers and if you look really hard you might find an alien with his probe. It has stars in the background with some green junk and was worth a couple hours of my time.

I had this crazy idea, while playing quake to make a quake winamp skin and one week and some screen shots and lots of fake blood later, I said for all to hear it be said by me and so sayeth I it is done and it is good.

Well one day I had some free time to kill. So I decided to kill it by using a high calibre low quality graphics program called microsoft paint. So I made a skin using only paint. It only took 3 to 4 hours and 5 colors to make!

Well one of my favorite Nintendo games is Bomberman, quite possibly one of the best games ever made, and so I decided to make a Bomberman themed winamp skin and here it is. Nearly everything is a bomb and explodes.

Some one asked me to make more shiny skins so why not, I made shiny black and will probably make shiny orange next, maybe to be followed by shiny yellow or purple, or whatever.

Well I decided to make another skin this one is LED based which means it has lots of alternating pixel fun, well it really wasn't that much fun, but it wasn't boring so that's the moral of today's story.
