Method:
1)
Mix cakeflour with margarine, brown sugar, salt, and allspice
until smooth
2)
Rest dough for about 10 mins.
3)
Roll out dough on a floured surface ( to about 1/4 inch thickness
)
4)
Sprinkle almond or peanut chips over dough and press them lightly
into the dough with the palm of your hand
5)
Cut shapes out of dough and place on prepared cookie sheet ( or
if you have traditional wooden speculaas moulds,press dough into
the moulds, then turn over and beat back of wooden moulds until
dough drops onto prepared cookie sheet)
6)
Bake in 300 degr. F oven for about 20 - 25 mins.
