Frosta is the Queen of the Knigdom of Snow in Etheria. She and She-Ra Meet, along with She-Ra's Brother, He-Man. Frosta Gets the Hots for He-Man, but He-Man has his eyes on Sweet Bee, who Frosta, and She-Ra rescue. Frosta spends much of her time trying to keep He-Man away from Sweet Bee. Frosta is one of those characters that is not seen as often as some. She is pictured in She-Ra's opening Credits and does have a nice part.
