Paint and decorate a toilet paper tube any way you want. Put a piece of wax paper over one end of the tube and secure with a rubber band. Talk, sing, or make other noises into the open end to make a kazoo.

Key Collection and Sorting
Have a day or week where children can bring spare keys from home to talk about, play with and sort by color, shape and size. Use them for printing (with paint), or tracing.

Kites
Children can decorate diamond shapes in a variety of ways, with crepe paper tails, to make a lovely display in your classroom. A simple kite for outdoor play can be made by decorating a white paper lunch bag, and tying a string to each side of the open end. As the child runs, pulling this behind her, it will fly!

Oh, he loves the letter K
