Make a Display Box for "Nn"
Decorate a box with the letter "Nn" theme. Inside the box place items (or pictures of items) whose names begin with Nn. Some ideas below:

Have letter Nn’s hidden in the room and let the children find them. Sound out the letter Nn and words that begin with the letter.

Noodle Necklace
Help kids put a few handfuls of stringable noodles into zip lock bags and add some food coloring and a little rubbing alcohol. Spread out to dry on newspapers, and string into necklaces when dry.

Provide you students with mud, sticks, grass, leaves, twigs, pine needles, and pebbles. Let you kids create their own bird nest.

Recipes

Nests
Cook macaroons according to recipe directions. When they have cooled, have children mold the macaroon into a muffin tin and refridgerate. Once the nest is set, have them sprinkle coconut (use food colouring to dye green for grass if you wish). Cadbury mini eggs will look great in these nests.
