We are very pleased that you are willing to share your creativity and want to enter our display contest.  We will have two categories: small (1-3 houses) and large (4 or more houses).  You must use D56 houses.  Your display must fit in a maximum 30 deep x 36 wide space on a skirted table. There is no restriction as to height.  Electrical outlets are available for your use, but you must supply your own extension cords and power strips.  Deadline for entry is March 15, 2004.

            Setting up time for your displays:

                        Thursday:  5 PM - 7 PM

                        Friday:  11 AM - 12:30 PM

Voting by gathering participants for their favorite displays category:

                        Friday:  1 PM - 4:30 PM

                        Saturday:  9 AM - 3 PM

            Ribbons and monetary prizes will be given for each category

                        First Place         $100.00

                        Second Place     $50.00

                        Third Place          $25.00

Take down time:  Voting will come to an end at 3 PM Saturday.  Your display needs to be taken down and removed by no later than 5 PM.

Security:  There will be people monitoring the displays; however the Gathering Board, the participating clubs and the hotel will not be responsible for your display.
