The hotel rate is good from April 18, to May 1, 2004. Call the hotel directly at 1-847-671-6350 and ask for Chicago 2004 Gathering rate.
Starting May 1, 2003, you may use the Holiday Inn central reservation system to book your room, 1-800-Holiday, OR you may register online, be sure to use the Gathering code "WIN".
There are still rooms available, as the entire hotel has been reserved for the Gathering. If you encounter any problems when making your hotel reservations, please contact us, so we can get the problem resolved.
