Ode to A Big Old Toe
by Misty Dawn and Niceia Dawn
Big, old toe -
without you,
my toes would have no meaning.

Without you -
Big, old toe,
all my four little toes would look big.

Big, old toe -
my flip flops just wouldn't look the same -
without you,
and my walk -
well, it would just be off balance.

It hurts -
to think of a life without my,
Big, old toe.

To know that,
maybe one day -
when I go to scratch my foot -
with my Big, old toe,
that it might not be there.

Oh, the pain,
the anguish,
the shame.
The life -
without my -
Big, old toe.

Mr. Big, old toe,
how could I ever -
kick a kick-ball without you?

Mr. Big, old toe,
without you -
I would never be able to -
wear thong sandals.

With no Big, old toe -
there would be no Big, old toe nail.
Without a Big, old toe nail -
How could I scratch my man,
while lying in bed?

Oh how I love thee -
my Big, old toe.
Let me count the ways.
This little piggy went to market.
This little piggy stayed home.
This little piggy had roast beef.
This little piggy had none.
And this little piggy went wee wee wee all the way home.

Without you Big, old toe -
how would the little piggy,
go to the market?
How could I count to 10?

I just want to know,
my Big, old toe.
That I couldn't live without you.
So please don't go!

THE END
