Hamsters, Hamsters
by Angie Abol
Hamsters, hamsters, everywhere,
they remind me of a little bear.
They run around here and there,
and to life they don't even care.
A zebra hamster is pretty rare,
but then again, so is a hamster on welfare.
A hamster is the size of a pear,
and an afro style is his hair.
With food hamsters love to tug and tear,
and get mad when they have to share.
Hamsters never sit on a chair,
and that's why they have cheaper airfare.
Hamsters detest the sun's glare,
so if you leave them without sunblock, you'll be in for a scare.
