Daewoo believes that owning an automobile should be as easy as possible. To provide the best after-sales care possible, every Daewoo automobile comes with the following features:

• 3 years or 36,000 miles scheduled maintenance program. This means that all routine maintenance, such as oil and filter changes, wiper blade and brake pad replacement, and tune-ups are all included in the price of the cars.
• One-price, no-hassle, no-haggle pricing policy. The sticker price is what the car costs, no matter if you buy it in California or Rhode Island! In addition, all of our stores are factory-owned. This means no dealer mark-ups!
• All of our salespeople are salaried employees and are not on commission. The result: no pressure to buy.

In fact, Daewoo's customer service is so good that JD Powers has ranked Daewoo automobiles 4th overall in their survey of drivers in the UK.

Concern for the Environment

Environmental quality issues are a global concern, and as a responsible company, Daewoo is pursuing a policy to help address these problems. Daewoo has received ISO 14001 certification and has established concrete, detailed measures concerning our procurement, production and after-sales service operations. By the year 2000, we will have reduced our water pollution, air pollution, waste generations and energy consumption by about 20%.

In addition, between 85% and 89% of each of our automobiles are recyclable. Many of the plastic components of each of our cars are coded to aid the recycling process.
